Q: What does customization include?
A:
· * Combining chapters from different books
· * Rearranging existing order of chapters within a book
· * Adding your chapters and/or introduction to an existing Dearborn book
· * School name/company name on cover
· * Customized book titles
· * Customized covers

· Q: How long will it take to receive the books?
· A: In most cases, it will take six to eight weeks if you use Dearborn content; however, if you add your own content, it will take longer.
Q: What does it cost to customize a book?
A: Each project has two costs: a set-up fee and a per book fee. Both of these prices are customized to each specific project.
Q: When will I have to pay for the order?
A: You will be billed for 50% before printing, and 50% on receipt of the books. There will be an additional fee for shipping.
Q: What products are available for customization?
A: Eventually, we will provide a majority of our titles; initially we plan on providing just our most popular titles. We will add additional titles over time.
Q: Can I add my own content?
A: Yes, you may add content such as custom chapters or an introduction.
Q: Can I customize the book title?
A: Yes
Q: Can I customize the book cover?
A: Yes, we have standard cover templates at no extra charge; however, you can create your own custom cover for an extra fee.
Q: Are there guidelines that I must comply with when customizing a cover?
A: Yes, we will provide a list of specifications with the written agreement.
Q: Is there a minimum requirement for a custom book order?
A: Yes, we require a 500 book minimum.
· Q: Will Dearborn provide storage?
A: Dearborn will ship your books to the location of your choice; Dearborn’s storage facilities will not be available for custom products. Dearborn will provide suggestions for finding warehouse facilities if needed.
Q: What book sizes are available?
A: 8½ x 11 and 6 x 9
Q: Can I return unused books?
A: All custom products are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
Q: What happens when I need to order more books?
A: We will gladly reprint your book. You will be billed after the books are shipped from the printer. Please note: A setup fee is not included at reprint.
